In stock merchandise items must be returned with receipt and in original packaging. Returns must be within 10 days of purchase.
After 10 days store credit or exchange only
No merchandise will be accepted for return or exchange after 30 days of purchase
15% restocking fee of purchase total will be charged on all returns and any cancellations of special orders.
Layaway Policy
12-week layaway. 20% deposit at purchase
20% payment due within 14 days
Final payment due on pickup
15% cancellation fee due upon any change to layaway (plus sales tax where applicable)
Customers returning merchandise after completion of layaway will receive a gift card, not a refund
Layaway deposits and payments are nonrefundable, but may be converted to a gift card if layaway is canceled or returned (minus 15% cancellation fee)

Written for the exact amount of purchase
Imprinted with your name, address, and bank name; and you provide a photo identification (driver's license, state-issued non-driver ID, U.S. passport, military ID)
Returned check service fee: $25.00
We do not accept starter checks, payroll checks, third party checks, business checks, foreign checks, or altered checks.
